Tour with Nsawamhene To Nsawam Government Hospital on Eid Fitr

On the blessed occasion of Eid Fitr, Nsawamhene Nana Kwamina Ansah I, together with the Founder and CEO of Rainbow Trust Foundation, who also serves as the Oseawuo Nkosuohemaa (Development Queen) of the Oseawuo Division of the Akyem Abuakwa Traditional Area, led a delegation to the Nsawam Government Hospital in the Eastern Region of Ghana.

The visit formed part of ongoing efforts to strengthen community engagement and support healthcare delivery within the region. The delegation, which included elders from the Nsawam Traditional Council and members of the Rainbow Trust Foundation, was warmly welcomed by the hospital’s Management and Staff.

During the tour, the team had the opportunity to witness first-hand the dedication and hard work of the hospital’s personnel, who continue to deliver essential healthcare services despite facing various logistical and infrastructural challenges. The Foundation commended the staff for their tireless service to the community.

As part of the interaction, Rainbow Trust Foundation engaged with the Traditional Authority on possible areas of collaboration aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery. Notably, discussions centered around partnering to establish a Medical Library at the hospital—an initiative expected to provide valuable educational resources for both staff and visiting medical professionals, ultimately improving patient care.

The Foundation extends its heartfelt appreciation to Nsawamhene Nana Kwamina Ansah I and his esteemed Elders for the warm reception and continued commitment to the well-being of the Nsawam community.
