With many countries with scarce education, Mobile Library has become an easy access to learning for children or adults who are hungry to learn but are financially incapable.
Rainbow Trust Foundation Ghana and UK in collaboration with Book Aid International UK under the patronage of Ghana Union UK and north Ireland launched a mobile library intervention project a Abomosu in the Atiwa District – Eastern Region on Friday Febraury 18 2018. In presence to grace the occassion was Mr. Emmanuel Kwesi Qyayson, board chair of Ghana Union UK/Ireland, UK board members of Rainbow Trust Foundation and Ms JOYCE AMPOFO, the Cheif Executive Officer (CEO) of Rainbow Trust Foundation.
The Board Chair, Mr. Emmanuel Kwesi Qyayson spoke about how the mobile library Project will help the community of Abomosu, he said the Mobile library will be of great benefits to a lot of people in the community, young or old.
You can borrow books, read books, and enhance your reading capabilities. For students, or seniors who loves books, or for those who just wants to have a quick glance at new books.
The CEO of Rainbow Trust Foundation also added that the mobile library van has been stocked with over 8,785 books and accessories for pupils and students and made an appeal to people who are willing to support this project. They can kindly call us to donate.
